Hi, I'm Heidi, and I am so excited to welcome you to Align Society Pilates.
After more than 30 years in education and leadership, I discovered that Pilates was more than exercise. It was a way to help people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to themselves.
My vision is to create a welcoming studio where everyone feels supported, encouraged, and empowered to move with purpose.
